About the program
Economic Statistics is a national first-class and Zhejiang Province's "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" advantageous major. It aims to cultivate high-level talents with a solid and broad theoretical foundation of economics and professional knowledge of economic statistics, a broad international perspective, and can put forward new ideas and new theories creatively. Graduates are expected to be able to apply new methods or innovative use of the latest research results to solve important practical problems, teaching, doing research in economic statistics, as well as engage in management practice.
Research fields: National Economic Accounting and Government Statistics, Macroeconomic Statistics Methods and Applications, Economic Big Data Analysis.
